Terms and Conditions

• The client agrees to provide timely access to all necessary resources, information, and approvals required for the proper execution of the services.
• The client agrees to supply all required materials and information for the project within a reasonable timeframe as mutually agreed by both parties.
• Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared during the term of this agreement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
• All creative materials, strategies, and deliverables developed by Saitech Digital Marketing remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, the client will gain full ownership of all materials and intellectual property created under this agreement.
• Saitech Digital Marketing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the services provided. The total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client under this agreement.
• Any modifications or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be considered valid.
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary, business, or sensitive information shared during the retainment period.
• All payments made are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued once the service has been booked or initiated.
